Following 100 experiment
I want to use Twitter only to share knowledge, experience and for conversation. If you are looking to connect with me, let’s do it on Facebook.
That’s the reason why I will start a new experiment on Twitter which I call “Following 100”. Starting from this week, I will follow every Friday one person and I will make public the reason why. This will last until I have 100 persons in my following list. Then, I will continue to follow new persons every week, but every time I do it, I will give up on following someone who I believe is helping me less than the new followed one.
It means that in a while all people that I follow will be a real source of knowledge for me and my followers.
And about conversations… It’s interesting that you can start a public conversation with someone on Twitter without even following that person, but only searching for topics that you are interested in, in my case entrepreneurship, investment, start-ups, dreams, business, photography, wine, tango….
Now this is indeed an interesting experiment. Continuous and incremental improvement of your social graph without the risk of getting spammed. But I bet, Vlad will find more than 100 very interesting people.
