Even if Parallels is just a small contender on the desktop virtualization market, I think they are proposing a very Mac-like experience to Windows users:

It automatically starts a utility that transfers all of the programs and important data from the old computer to the new one. It then allows you to run properly licensed Windows programs on the Mac.
