In a recent post Seth Godin was writing about priority lists ☞ and was asking himself and the readers the following question:
How do you decide what to do next?
To me this is the most important productivity step. I tend to believe that we are spending a lot more time deciding what to do next, then figuring out what to do and how to do it. The decision involved for this step shouldn’t feel overwhelming and should allow us to just spend more time doing then deciding.
