Macdrifter describes an IFTTT solution for importing Twitter links into Pinboard.
But if you go into your Pinboard settings and then click Twitter you can configure Pinboard to automatically import either links in all tweets or the links in your favorites. Pinboard will tag these new entries automatically with from:twitter and from:twitter_favs respectively. Plus it can add any #hashtags as tags.
