Is This Still Google Chrome?

There have been a lot of discussions lately about the long awaited release of the Google Chrome browser for Mac platforms. And people seem to agree that it will arrive pretty soon, but it will miss some of the features:

• no bookmark manager
• no app mode
• no task manager
• no bookmark sync
• no full extension support
• no multi-touch gestures

If these are missing, can we still call this browser the Google Chrome? What exactly will it offer?
