Microsoft to charge Europeans double for Windows 7

Does this mean that Europe is slowly moving to a Windows free space? Jokes aside, I think this might be the best moment for Linux and Mac OS to make a smart move.
Possible other consequences:
- torrents may become the main source of getting Windows 7
- Microsoft’s perception within Europe will once again shift to bad
- Mac users will make fun of their windows friends pointing out that they get a nice looking, well behaving and cheap OS

Any others?
